Navigating the steep staircase is exhausting!!! Sound insulation is abysmal – noise from restaurants and corridors permeates every corner of your room!!! Improvements are a must to align with basic hotel expectations.

the location is certainly convenient, but after lugging my bags up those 66 sets of stairs, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a fruit basket. not to mention, mouldy washrooms are just not classy. can’t believe I almost left a decent review, but this place really let me down.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for us to stroll around the vibrant streets of Amsterdam and find nearby spots to eat. Plus, the staff was patient with our large family, including our young baby, which made our stay more comfortable.

My wife says that navigating the steep stairs was tough with our baby stroller. More ramps or elevators would really help families like ours.

the location was amazin, really close to everything like museums and the train station. the staff were super nice and helped me with directions. my room was comfy and clean, made for a relaxing stay. it was perfect for chillin after exploring the city. and wifi was free, which is always a plus!

but those stairs are no joke, really steep and tough when carryin luggage. plus, a bit noisy at night from the bars nearby.

Location near Rembrandt Square was fantastic for exploring, truly a vibrant area. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, and having luggage storage available was a bonus. the steep stairs were less than ideal, and the cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired.

Spent 5 nights in a twin room. The spot is super central, just a hop to trams and sights. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help us with stuff. Had a fun time at the bar area, nice vibe! Only thing was the room was a bit cramped for two.
